Why Mediation?

Mediation is about enabling disputing parties. Mediation is a process that helps disputing parties to resolve their differences and disputes, and importantly, move past their differences and disputes.

Mediation is private as between disputing parties. Nothing said during mediation can be used in any post-mediation litigation proceedings.

Mediation puts dispute resolution outcomes squarely in the hands of disputing parties. When successful resolutions are found by the parties, the parties avoid long litigation delays, unpredictable litigation outcomes, dissatisfaction with litigation decisions, and the burden of heavy costs (financial, time, emotional, and other).

Effort spent at mediation is often much preferred to arbitration or lawsuits that are often seen as a last resort in dispute resolution.
