Dear Prospective Clients,
I believe that mediation is a powerful tool for resolving conflicts, whether prior to litigation or during the litigation process itself. Mediation offers a collaborative and cost-effective alternative to traditional legal processes, empowering disputing parties to take control of their own outcomes.
After more than 30 years of practicing environmental law and litigation, I am excited to focus on mediating disputes involving environmental issues, land use planning, zoning and development topics, municipal matters, and related insurance concerns.
As mediator, my role is to facilitate open communication as a third-party neutral thereby enabling all parties to express their perspectives and explore shared interests. This process often leads to creative solutions. It can also foster a greater sense of ownership among the parties about their own resolution.
